Amazing experience! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The wave conditions weren’t ideal, but captain Darwin excelled in ensuring we had safe and smooth sail. I had booked this for my sister’s bachelorette and everyone was in awe. The food prepared for us by chef Isreal was impeccable. The ceviche and spicy potatoes were unforgettable. I want to thank our hostess Key and bartender Vic for being so genuine and sweet. Our bartender literally swam to us with cerveza and shots! They even allowed us to use our themed straws and play our own music. 10/10 would recommend!

What a beautiful time we had!! The boat and staff go above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. Celebrated my birthday in January 2022 on the boat and what a blast. They made sushi with the fish we caught, we swam with stingray, turtles and some of most beautiful fish I’ve ever seen. I’d give this team a ten on all points!! This was our group’s favorite experience in our trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We cannot stop talking about our boat day! It started with a last minute need for a shuttle which Miguel- the gentleman organizing the boat for us- got us promptly and for an unbeatable price. The shuttle dropped us off at the best coffee shop ever where we had some pre boarding snacks and drinks (highly recommend the monkey)! Miguel was ready and waiting for us upon arrival but allowed us enough time to do all the eating we wanted. Then, we got to our beautiful boat where we were met with tasty welcome drinks and the 3 best staff members money can buy. Our Captain Victor had us smooth sailing the whole four hours while Maximilian poured up the best drinks and Masquerita made the absolute best ceviche with a fresh fish and sandwiches we’ve ever had in our lives! We had the opportunity to fish and snorkel while we snacked. We had so many laughs and great conversation with the staff. Overall, the responsiveness, friendliness, and fun that this company provided for us was unmatched- especially with our group’s last minute needs and changes. I would recommend this tour company to anyone and will be using them again my next time in Quintana Roo!

I was having a REALLY hard time finding the right yacht for our group birthday trip to Tulum/Playa. Spent hours until I came across playa yachting and I'm so happy I did! Everything turned out FANTASTIC. Felipe and Angelo helped through the booking and Angelo stayed in contact to answer all my questions leading up to our excursion. The yacht was exactly as described in the photos. The crew on our 51ft Sea Ray was phenomenal. Catered to our every need from bringing us drinks on the deck to putting on our flippers 😂 We went snorkeling on the reef and saw a ton of fish and stingray, had an amazing lunch prepared while we were in the water, and then continued to Party Cove which was beautiful and so much fun to celebrate our birthdays. Boats were all lined up together while we were all snorkeling in the cove, paddleboarding, some playing music on the boat and taking tequila shots, and just having the BEST time. I do regret not upgrading our bar to the premium liquors. I will also say, we did a half day and are so glad we booked 5 hours instead of 4. We did not want to get off that boat. Thanks for delivering such an amazing and memorable experience!

We rented the catamaran Sophia and could not have been happier! We have rented several boats in the past and this was the best crew we have ever had! Miguel was great in setting everything up. We had a large group and still had room to hang out. Captain G was great at picking the best spots for our group. Shelly was so sweet and awesome at taking care of us all! Norman was the best underwater guide at snorkeling. He spotted so many things we never would have seen! Dave was so nice helped out with everything also. The food and drinks were so delicious. We recently rented a luxury catamaran out of Puerto Aventuras near Playa Del Carmen, and the experience exceeded every expectation we had. One thing that immediately stood out was that the yacht looked exactly like the photos online — which is rare these days. The boat was immaculate, luxurious, and clearly very well maintained. What really blew us away was the crew. We were greeted by four crew members including the captain, stewardess, bartender, and chef, all waiting for us the moment we stepped onboard with drinks in hand and a beautiful fresh fruit plate ready to go. From the very beginning, the level of service was absolutely incredible. The captain walked us through several options for the day, including visiting nearby reefs and relaxing at a sandbar. Based on the weather, we decided to spend some time snorkeling around the reef before heading to the sandbar for the rest of the afternoon — and it turned out to be the perfect itinerary. Every single detail throughout the day was top-tier. I honestly have never been catered to like that in my life. The crew anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask. My entire group agreed this was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and one we’ll never forget. If you’re considering booking a yacht charter in the Riviera Maya area, I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again. The boat itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The crew made the trip unforgettable. Huge shoutout to Camila, who was warm, attentive, and took such great care of us. And Socrates—what a gem! Fantastic attitude, amazing with the kids, super knowledgeable, and a top-notch snorkel guide. We snorkeled at In Ha Reef and it was spectacular—probably one of the best I’ve ever done. We saw tons of colorful fish and even had a giant stingray swim right beneath us! They kept us well-fed the entire time, and on the way back to the marina, we did some trolling—and my son caught a mahi-mahi! The crew filleted it right there and served us fresh sashimi on the boat. Absolutely unreal. This was hands down the best catamaran charter I’ve ever taken. Highly, highly recommend

We had a phenomenal experience with Playa Yachting to celebrate my bachelorette! If you are traveling to Cancun/Tulum and are looking for a luxury yacht experience, I truly could not recommend them more. The crew took such great care of our group of 13 girls and were fun, attentive, safe, and professional. After leaving the Cancun Marina, we journeyed to Isla Mujeres (about 45 min) where we anchored and were able to get in the water to lounge/swim. The rental included a lily pad and we also added two jet skis, which you are able to ride after anchoring. During the trip you are able to connect to their professional sound system via Bluetooth to play whatever music you like. We made a Spotify playlist for the weekend so just played that but there was also a space on the top deck for a DJ to set up if that’s something you want. The bartender on board kept our cups full with cold and tasty cocktails (best spicy margs I’ve ever had?) and we actually couldn’t stop talking about how good the chef made lunch was. Our booking included the following appetizers: fresh shrimp ceviche, grilled salmon bites with mango salsa, tuna crudo, plate of tropical fresh fruit, as well as chips & guacamole. In addition we selected 6 entrees from their menu: chicken tacos, grilled steak, fish, & shrimp with veggies, chicken nuggets with fries, & loaded nachos. Not only were they able to work with our multiple food allergy & restrictions, but the food was truly so fresh and delicious. It ended up being one of the best meals of the weekend. Our total journey was about 4 hours. We almost added another hour because we were having such a good time. All in all: crew, service, food & drink, safety & vibes were 10/10! Will definitely be booking again next time we are back in the area.
