Its important for you to read terms and conditions when making your reservations with Playa Yachting in the Riviera Maya.
The amount paid when reserving either through credit card and or paypal may have a processing fee and or taxes on top of your total.
Any changes to reservations should be done 24 hours prior to tour to make sure we have time to make proper changes.

The exchange rate from different countries will be the exchange rate at the moment of arrival and payment.
Cancellation policy
For any weather related cancellations that boats can’t go out, we will try to re arrange date and if not possible full refund will be issue.
We have a 7 day 100% cancellation refund policy for any closer days of cancellation we will check one at a time and the circumstances and a % of your initial payment might or might not be refunded.
If you do not arrange transportation with us, we ask you to be 20 mins earlier than yacht rental playa del carmen and or catamaran departure, for no shows and or late shows, will be your own responsibility and time will not be recuperated.
Coupons and Gift certificates have a one year expiration date and we do not have to accept past that year
We will make our best to assist with people that are handicap, eldery, kids and or anyone who needs assistance through the tours but we ask for someone to be fully respondsable for their needs and their actions.
A waiver will be presented at checking or prior to assure that Playa Yachting will not be responsible for any damage, injury and or result due to the action of each person under alcohol or not.
