My dad passed away last year. Mexico was a place that he would visit yearly pre-covid for 15 years. I begin to search for a boat company to scatter his ashes in his favorite place one year later. I contacted Playa Yachting via Whatsapp. Very accommodating with options and scheduling. The crew was incredible, food was incredible and they were sensitive to the occasion. If your looking for fun or a way to memorialize a love one. Look no further.
Amazing experience! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The wave conditions weren’t ideal, but captain Darwin excelled in ensuring we had safe and smooth sail. I had booked this for my sister’s bachelorette and everyone was in awe. The food prepared for us by chef Isreal was impeccable. The ceviche and spicy potatoes were unforgettable. I want to thank our hostess Key and bartender Vic for being so genuine and sweet. Our bartender literally swam to us with cerveza and shots! They even allowed us to use our themed straws and play our own music. 10/10 would recommend!
You just can't put a more perfect package together. The reservation process was smooth like silk with every imaginable question asked to ensure the experience captured everything we wanted. The food, the service the scenery...exceptional all around. The crew, Davey, Armando, Gabrielle, y Juan, worked very hard to make every moment special. The snorkeling experience was also incredible. The species, the colors and wow, how close the fish and stingray come to you.. breathtaking. A must do for anyone visiting the area.. gracias a todos! Tu tambien Gordo!
Seth did an amazing job handling an our party of 16 when a big day of mishap almost prevented us from having our boat experience. Thank you for your poise and patience under pressure! We had a great experience on the boat, kind and fun staff and great food. Great experience— highly highly recommend!
I recently used Playa Yachting for my best friend bachelorette party! We had the private boat. The food was soo good! Shout out to Carlos and the crew, they kept the drinks flowing and the vibes going 😉! The reservation team made sure to answer any questions that I had, I defintely recommend this company!!
Rented a boat for a bachelorette party and we had the time of our life! The service was beyond our expectation. They took so many photos for us and served us drinks nonstop. They had paddle boards and floaties we could use in the water. They even brought out fun drinking props! Carly was the best host. 10/10 recommend!
One of the best yacht experiences I had hands down! The whole crew was above and beyond, the food was delicious and drinks kept coming never had to ask. My bachelorette ended with a bang! Would definitely recommend if your visiting Playa or Tulum and need a great yacht service 😊
Great day on the water with these guys! We had the best crew on board (shout out to Francisco who delivered us drinks in the water when our cups were empty!). The lunch was phenomenal, best fajitas ever, and all around amazing day!
Miguel and his team were very professional, a breeze to work with and very responsive. The day of our boat trip was an amazing experience for all our ages … from 10 - 80! It was a joyful family experience and the 4 hours was too short!

10/10 experiencia! We had an incredible time with H2O yachts! The crew was so friendly and even partied with us. The food was very delicious. Our bachelorette had vegetarians on board and they were very quick to accommodate to all our diets. The boat we had was clean and big. Unfortunately the weather and winds didn’t let us drive out to the ocean, but we were able to park in the cove (“party cove”) as they called it and it was fun to see the other parties too. Highly recommend. Thank you Carli and Dennis on the crew for taking care of us!!!!
I had a small wedding for just my immediate family on one of H2OH’s cruises at 6PM. We had such a good time. The crew which was JJ, Juan, Dennis & Adrian were so amazing. The food and drinks were also great. I definitely recommend booking with them.
